For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Northeast winds prevail through Thursday as high
pressure, 30.20 inches, builds into the northern Great Lakes. The
high weakens as it drops into the lower Great Lakes Friday. A
cold front brings showers and a few thunderstorms to the region
this weekend.

light and variable. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming north 5 to 10 knots
after midnight...then becoming light and variable early in the
morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Light and variable winds. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...Light and variable winds becoming south 5 to 10 knots
late in the evening. A chance of showers and thunderstorms late
in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the west
until early morning. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Waves
1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet until early morning.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots
with gusts to 30 knots. Showers likely. A chance of showers in
the late evening and early morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet building to
5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
