Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A dissipating cold front will wash out over the Central Great Lakes tomorrow, thus southerly winds will generally hold. A second stronger cold front will pass through early next, bringing showers and thunderstorms along with a cooler airmass for the mid week period as winds flip to the northwest.
