Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... Low pressure remnants from Helene 29.70 inches centered over the Ohio Valley will gradually shift east off the Mid-Atlantic Coast by Tuesday. A trough averaging 29.80 inches will remain over the area as a warm front moves north Monday night followed by a cold front Tuesday evening into the overnight hours. High pressure 30.10 inches will build northeast across the area on Wednesday and persist through at least Friday.
