For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Helene`s remnant low of 29.70 inches moves eastward from central
Kentucky toward the Mid-Atlantic region today before dissipating
tonight. Simultaneously, a trough averaging 29.80 inches lingers
over Lake Erie and a warm front is still expected to sweep
northward across the lake tonight through Tuesday morning. A cold
front is still poised to sweep eastward across Lake Erie late
Tuesday afternoon through the wee hours of Wednesday morning.
Behind the cold front, a ridge averaging 30.10 inches builds from
the Upper Midwest through Wednesday before exiting toward the Mid-
Atlantic states on Thursday. Another cold front is expected to
sweep southeastward across Lake Erie on Friday.
