For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.30 inches passes across Lake Erie tonight before
exiting toward the east-southeast on Saturday. A low of 29.70
inches is expected to move east-northeastward in vicinity of the
Ohio Valley on Saturday and then exit toward Atlantic waters near
Cape Cod Saturday night. Simultaneously, the low will extend a
trough averaging 29.90 inches over Lake Erie. Behind the trough, a
ridge averaging 30.50 inches builds from the Upper Midwest on
Sunday through Monday before it begins to exit eastward Monday
night. A weak cold front should sweep southeastward across Lake
Erie on Tuesday. Behind the front, another ridge averaging 30.20
inches should build gradually from the north-central United States
through Wednesday as the front settles in vicinity of the spine
of the Appalachians.

is mostly ice covered.
.SATURDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northeast. A slight
chance of snow showers late in the morning. A chance of snow
showers and freezing rain early in the afternoon, then a chance
of freezing rain, snow showers and sleet late.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming
northwest. Snow showers and freezing rain likely in the evening,
then a chance of snow showers overnight.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming northwest.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 knots or less becoming south.
