...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT IBERIA...SOUTHEASTERN
LAFAYETTE...NORTHWESTERN ST. MARY...EASTERN VERMILION...ST. MARTIN
AND EASTERN ST. LANDRY PARISHES THROUGH 900 PM CST...

At 816 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Butte La Rose to 6 miles east of
Intracoastal City. Movement was northeast at 75 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor
         objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Ellerslie, Butte La Rose, Youngsville, Lydia, Acadiana
Regional Airport, Atchafalaya National Wildlife Refuge, Jefferson
Island, Forked Island, Delcambre, Sorrel, Burns Point, St.
Martinville, Coteau, Jeanerette, Intracoastal City, Breaux Bridge,
Henry, Cade, and Glencoe.

This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 111 and
126.
