.DISCUSSION...
A cold air mass will remain over the region through today, which
will continue to facilitate northerly winds, dry conditions, and
very chilly temperatures. Fog is not expected Thursday morning. An
upper level disturbance will combine with a developing low over the
Gulf to bring increasing rain chances during Thursday, with
widespread rain Thursday night into early Friday. Some heavy rainfall
will be possible.

late in the morning.
