Areas of fog will burn off after sunrise. There will be a small
chance of rain across Central Louisiana this afternoon as a modest
upper disturbance interacts with a stalled front to the north.
Heavy rain is possible Thursday night through Saturday morning as
a slow moving upper disturbance passes through the region.
