.SYNOPSIS...
A cold high pressure system will continue to build into the
coastal waters with good cold air advection and elevated northerly
winds through the remainder of the morning. A coastal trough
offshore southern Tx will develop into Gulf low on Thursday. This
feature will likely bring strong winds which will vary directional
components and rough seas through Friday as it curves ENE over
the CWA coastal waters before lifting NE over the lower
Mississippi Friday.
