...Areas of blowing dust along the Interstate 80 corridor through
the afternoon....

Strong northwest winds of 40 to 50 mph with some higher gusts may
produce localized areas of blowing dust that could reduce
visibility to less than one half mile at times. Those traveling
across the area should use caution and prepare for localized
areas of rapidly changing visibility.
