Today, high temperatures generally climbed into the low to middle
90s. This combined with strong southerly winds promoted fire
weather concerns as Red Flag Warnings were in effect for the
Sandhills into portions of north central Nebraska.

Tonight, lows will fall into the middle 50s to low 60s. Strong
southerly winds will continue overnight, prompting Red Flag
Warnings to remain in effect for the Sandhills and portions of
north central Nebraska. Monday, Red Flag Warnings will expand to
all of western and north central Nebraska.
