A weak area of Pacific high pressure built into western and north
central Nebraska today presenting clear skies and high
temperatures in the upper 70s to upper 80s. Afternoon high
temperatures ranged from 79 degrees at Gordon to 87 at Imperial.

Tonight, the high pressure will continue to build east into the
region maintaining clear skies and light winds. Overnight low
temperatures will fall into the upper 40s to lower 50s. Lower 40s
are predicted around Gordon in northwest Nebraska.
