Nebraska. Highs were very mild and even topped 70 degrees at a few
locations. In fact, the state high today was in North Platte,
which recorded a high of 71 degrees.

Winds will shift to the southeast on Friday. Highs will be a few
degrees cooler with highs in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees.
