It was a dry and warm day across central and western Nebraska
with most seeing high temperatures into the lower and middle 60s.
After mild and quiet conditions tonight, Friday will become dry
and windy with critical fire weather conditions persisting into
the evening. Use extreme caution with open flames since any fire
starts will spread rapidly and become very difficult or impossible
to control.

The Regional Weather Summary will no longer be produced after
800 PM CT on 28 February, 2025.All other products on the NOAA
Weather Radio will continue to be broadcast with continuous
weather information from the National Weather Service in North
