Weather Summary for Western and North Central Nebraska...CORRECTED
National Weather Service North Platte NE
739 PM CDT Sun Jun 30 2024 /639 PM MDT Sun Jun 30 2024/

Surface high pressure circulating across the upper Midwest
maintained cool weather across western and north central Nebraska
today. The high pressure also circulated moisture north which
produced cloudy skies across parts of the region. High
temperatures today ranged from 82 degrees at Valentine and Gordon
to 74 degrees at Imperial.

Tonight, south winds will continue draw moisture into western and
north central Nebraska and widespread cloudiness is expected by
morning with overnight lows falling into the 60s. There is also a
chance of showers and thunderstorms. This rain is the result of an
area of showers and thunderstorms across Colorado and Wyoming which
will east through Nebraska tonight.
