* TIMING...Friday morning through early evening.

* WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 63.

* LIGHTNING...None.

* IMPACTS...Any fire start will spread rapidly and become
  difficult to control.
