* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 204 Eastern
  Panhandle/Crescent Lake NWR, Fire Weather Zone 206
  Sandhills/Valentine NWR/Nebraska National Forest and Fire
  Weather Zone 208 Niobrara Valley/Fort Niobrara NWR/Samuel R
  McKelvie National Forest.

* TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, 11 AM through 6 PM MDT Sunday
  afternoon. For the Fire Weather Watch, 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Monday.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph on
  Sunday. North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph on Monday.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Around 15 percent for both days.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs around 90 on Sunday. Highs generally in the
  70s on Monday.

* LIGHTNING...None.

* IMPACTS...Any fire start may spread rapidly and become very
  difficult to control.
