This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Near-critical fire weather conditions continue through late afternoon
Friday. Overnight humidity recovery is expected to be good as
precipitation chances increase.

Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are possible mainly for
portions of central Nebraska later tonight into early Saturday. While
widespread severe weather is not expected, a few stronger storms may
be capable of hail and gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Rain transitioning to snow is likely across the northern Sandhills
Saturday afternoon into the evening. At this time, confidence in
snowfall amounts and impacts is low due to marginal temperatures but
the potential for at least minor travel impacts is possible across
the aforementioned areas. Folks with travel plans in these areas
should monitor the forecast going forward.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated, however, any reports of hail
or strong winds are appreciated.
