This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Severe thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and evening over
most of western and north central Nebraska. Expected hazards include
large hail, damaging wind gusts in excess of 70 miles per hour, and
potentially a few tornadoes. Additionally, storms may produce locally
heavy rain fall, especially for areas east of a line from Callaway
to Butte. Stay weather aware as conditions may change quickly this
afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Another round of strong to severe thunderstorms are possible
Wednesday afternoon and evening across the area in advance of an
approaching cold front. Beyond Wednesday night, there are additional
chances for showers and thunderstorms, however, the severe threat
beyond Wednesday is uncertain at this time.
