This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Near surface wildfire smoke is expected to linger across north
central into central Nebraska this evening and overnight, which
could affect sensitive groups.

Patchy fog will also be possible overnight, lasting into early
Thursday morning across the Sandhills into north central and south
central Nebraska.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are possible
Thursday afternoon across the eastern Panhandle into the western
Sandhills, as northwesterly winds gust between 35 and 40 miles per
hour.

Another round of near surface wildfire smoke is expected across
portions of western Nebraska Thursday afternoon and evening. Those
sensitive to smoke may want to take precaution.
