This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Critical fire weather conditions are likely this afternoon through
mid evening across most of western and north central Nebraska. The
exception is over far southwestern Nebraska where near critical fire
weather conditions are expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Elevated fire weather concerns are possible Tuesday and Wednesday
across the area.

Thunderstorms are possible Tuesday evening over northwestern
Nebraska. At this time the severe threat is low.

On Wednesday, a cold front will track across the area and
thunderstorms will be possible. Some storms may be severe especially
east of a line from Valentine, to Dunning, to Sargent. Large hail
and damaging winds are the main severe threats.

Thunderstorms are possible Thursday night across portions of the
area. At this time the threat for severe storms is uncertain.
