This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are possible late this
afternoon through the evening. Confidence in storm development is
limited, however, should storms occur large to very large hail,
damaging wind gusts, and a tornado or two would be possible. Concern
is greatest west of Highway 83.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Additional limited confidence severe weather setups will exist
each day Tuesday and Wednesday. Storm development remains somewhat
uncertain but should storms occur, severe weather will be possible.

Heat builds in later this week with highs climbing into the 90s by
Tuesday and Wednesday and into the upper 90s to low 100s Thursday and
Friday. Factoring in the expected humidity, heat indices look to
climb to around 100F and later forecasts may require heat headlines
both days Thursday and Friday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed.
