.DISCUSSION...

Gusty north to northwest winds will remain steady through 9 PM.
Expect sustained winds of 25 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph
through 9 PM before winds subside down to 20 mph or less through
the overnight. Clear skies prevail with low temperatures falling
into the upper-30s. Minimum relative humidity values will remain
in the 15 to 20% range through sunset with poor overnight recovery
anticipated with relative humidity values near 60%.
