Winds will continue to be strong out of the northwest through mid evening, with the strongest gust through early evening. Wind gust up to 40 mph will be expected. Winds will begin to decrease mid evening with 15 mph sustained winds and gust around 20 to 25 mph. After midnight northwest winds will be around 10 to 15 mph with gust up to 20 mph. Winds will remain breezy through Thursday morning with northwest winds continuing around 15 mph through noon. Min RH this afternoon and evening will range from 35 to 45 percent. .REST OF TODAY...
