.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns remain low through the upcoming forecast.
Near normal temperatures over the next few days will be
accompanied by increased rain and thunderstorm chances. Latest
probabilities of exceeding 0.25" of rainfall exceeding 50-60% for
much of the area and it`s likely that a few locations will see
one to two inches of total rain through Monday.
Temperatures climb for Tuesday through Thursday with a return to
above normal values likely. While this may introduce some lower
humidity values around 20% in our western areas, marginal winds
and fuel status limit overall concerns. More active weather
arrives by late Thursday as a frontal boundary settles into the
area and brings more expansive rain and thunderstorm chances once
again. Temperatures appear likely to moderate through the
following weekend and into early the next week though.
