Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western
and North Central for Nebraska
National Weather Service North Platte NE
352 PM CDT Tue Jul 1 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Shower and thunderstorms return on tonight with some severe
storms expected. Plenty of low level moisture due to recent and
anticipated rainfall will keep afternoon RH values near or above
through the end of the week. The exception will be Wednesday where
some drier conditions will drop RH values down to 20 to 25
percent. Overall, fire concerns remain low at this time.
