.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain low over the next few days, as
temperatures remain cooler than average today and tomorrow.
Additional showers and thunderstorms are possible this evening and
overnight across western and southwestern Nebraska. With these
cooler temperatures, afternoon humidity is expected to remain
above 30 percent across the region.

Wednesday onward, temperatures return to the 90s across the
region. With the return of warmer temperatures, afternoon humidity
may drop into the 25 to 30 percent range across portions of the
Panhandle. This may introduce some elevated fire weather concerns
mid to late week, especially if gustier winds occur.
