Straits of Florida from Halfmoon Shoal to 20 nm west of Dry Tortugas out 20 nm... * Until 1115 AM EDT. * At 1032 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Rebecca Shoal Light, moving west at 20 knots.
