Through 2 pm, isolated showers and thunderstorms will wax and wane as
they move northeast at 5 to 10 knots through eastern Hawk Channel and
the northern edge of the Upper Keys. Mariners encountering this
activity can expect bouts of moderate to heavy rainfall reducing
visibilities to less than 3 mile, wind gusts up to 20 to 25 knots,
and occasional lightning strikes.
