Through 8 am, numerous showers across the nearshore and offshore
waters surrounding the Island Chain will continue to track west
southwestward at 10 to 15 mph. Occasionally, some of these showers
will move through some Island Chain communities. The stronger
activity will produce wind gusts to near 20 mph and moderate to at
times heavy downpours.
