Through 700 PM, showers and possibly a thunderstorm will track east northeastward at 10 to 15 mph, along a reverse island cloud line, stretching the length of the island chain. This line will be most active in and around the Lower Keys from Sugarloaf through Big Pine Key, as well as, just Atlantic side of Key Largo and Ocean Reef. The stronger activity will produce wind gust of 20 to 25 mph, blinding downpours, and possibly a few lightning strikes. Affected island locations along the Lower Keys may receive an additional one quarter to three quarters of an inch of rain. $$
