Through 1600 PM EDT, scattered clusters of showers with embedded
isoalted thunderstorms will continue to track west to northwest at
near 15 knots over the westernmost waters of the Florida Straits and
the Outer Gulf waters surrounding the Dry Tortugas. The heaviest
showers are located south of Pulaski Shoal Light. Mariners
encountering this activity may expect erratic and gusty winds of near
25 knots, reduced visibility from moderate to heavy rainfall, and
stray lightning strikes.
