Through 2:30 pm, isolated showers and thunderstorms will wax and
wane as they move northeast at 5 to 10 knots through eastern Hawk
Channel, and Gulf waters of the Lower and Middle Keys. Mariners
encountering this activity can expect bouts of moderate to heavy
rainfall reducing visibilities to less than 3 mile, wind gusts up to
20 to 25 knots, and occasional lightning strikes.
