            A family of 3 or so waterspouts were
            observed south of Bahia Honda Key at around
            12:14 PM EDT, called in by a member of the
            public. A spray ring was observed on one of
            the waterspouts with funnels seen in the
            cloud bases for the others. Exact duration
            is unknown as caller phoned in once the
            waterspouts were spotted. Movement was to
            the southwest at around 10 knots.
