A ridge out across the Atlantic is gradually building back
westward across the Florida Peninsula, including the Florida Keys.
As a result we will see winds freshen out of the east and
southeast this morning. Relatively drier air will also be
returning, bringing rain chances back closer to normal for this
time of year. Afternoon min RH will continue to hold well above 50
percent and recover to near 90 percent overnight.
