A stationary front lies just to our north, keeping the Keys in an
usually moist west to northwest flow. The front will gradually
encroach on the Keys, setting up for a prolonged and potentially
heavy rainfall event that could last until the end of the week.
Rain chances will be well above normal through the next several
days. This moist air mass will help to keep afternoon minimum
relative humidity values near 70 percent and recovering into the
90 percentile overnight.
