Fire Weather Planning Forecast for the Florida Keys
National Weather Service Key West FL
427 AM EST Sun Jan 19 2025

.Discussion...
Above normal rain chances are expected for a large portion of the
upcoming week due to multiple frontal passages. The first is
expected to move through the Keys tonight. As a result, gentle to
moderate south to southwest breezes today will shift to the west
to northwest this evening and then the north to northeast
overnight into Monday while freshening. Min RH values will be in
the lower 80s percent today with mid 70s for Monday with good RH
recovery to near 100 percent at night. Two more frontal passages
are expected this week with the second one sometime Tuesday night
or Wednesday and then the third one sometime late week.
