9 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed winter precipitation is expected. Total snow
  accumulations of as much as two inches and ice accumulations of as
  much as two tenths of an inch are expected. The larger snow
  accumulations are most likely north of Interstate 64.

* WHERE...The Winter Weather Advisory is for portions of east
  central and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...The Winter Weather Advisory is from 10 PM this evening to 9
  AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact Tuesday morning commutes.
