...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and
  5 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible mainly for
  elevations above 2500 feet elevation.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel may become very difficult as roads are likely to
  become snow covered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steady snow become more showery this
  afternoon with a few snow squalls. Any snow squalls could produce
  wind gusts up to 30 mph and brief reductions in visibility to near
  zero.
