Light snow and snow flurries are expected to persist across the area
into this evening. Light snow accumulations from a few tenths of an
inch up to around a half inch will be possible in areas of more
intense snow, and could lead to slick spots on area roadways.

Drivers should exercise caution and slow down in snow during the
evening commute.
