...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT BELL COUNTY THROUGH 730 PM EDT...

At 702 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Varilla, or near Pineville, moving southeast at 10
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pineville, Middlesboro, East Pineville, Wallsend, Varilla, Ponza,
Straight Creek, Cary, Cubage, Binghamtown, Clear Creek Springs,
Wasioto, Meldrum, Hutch, Balkan, Frakes, Noetown, Davisburg, Fonde,
and Miracle.

THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile
markers 1 and 15.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
