.DISCUSSION...There is not much if any change from the previous
forecast thinking. Relative humidity values are expected to drop
to near 20 percent this afternoon while southwesterly winds gusts
up to around 20 mph over ridges. Moisture recovery tonight will be
similar to or only marginally better than last night and this
morning. A weak system will bring a surge of deeper moisture and
an increase in cloud cover on Thursday, resulting in higher
minimum relative humidity values. While a stray shower cannot be
ruled out on Thursday afternoon, most locations should remain dry.
