.DISCUSSION...High pressure will keep the area dry for most of the
day with winds of 5 to 6 mph generally from the southeast during
the afternoon while RH bottoms out near 35 percent. As the high
pressure retreats to the east, we will see a wetting rainfall
arrive tonight in advance of a cold front and low pressure system
passing through the Ohio Valley. The potential for a soaking
rainfall continues to increase with this system as such
probabilities are now between 90 and 100% for at least 0.50 inch
of rainfall across the majority of the eastern Kentucky. Another
high pressure system follows that front with a subsequent
seasonably cool, dry spell lasting through the upcoming weekend.
