Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
349 PM EDT Sat Apr 26 2025

.DISCUSSION...Cool and mainly dry weather will persist
through the remainder of the weekend. Daytime heating of
the cool and dry air mass will result in afternoon minimum
relative humidity around 25 percent for much of the area on
Sunday. Higher temperatures and dew points make a return on
Monday and last until late in the week. A cold front will
approach from the northwest on Tuesday, but stall in the
Ohio Valley. It will bring a prolonged potential for showers
and thunderstorms.
