.DISCUSSION...Low clouds and areas of light rain or drizzle will
linger into Friday night under northwesterly flow aloft,
especially along and upstream of northwestern-facing mountain
slopes. Clearing commences from south to north Saturday as strong
upper ridging builds over the region, with minimum afternoon
humidity dropping as low as the 40 to 55 percent range.
