In southeast Kentucky, Clay, Floyd, Knott, Perry and Pike. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stalled frontal boundary will remain situated across the Ohio Valley into the weekend. This will continue to result in repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms. Current forecasts indicate rainfall totals through the weekend reaching 2 to 6 inches in most of the watch area.
