At 303 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lulu, or 8 miles southeast of Lake City, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Palestine Community, Groves, Winfield, Lake City, Johnstown, Raiford,
New River, Macclenny, Lake Butler, and Lulu.
