Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... * Until 415 AM EDT. * At 321 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 10 nm east of Talbot Island, or 35 nm north of Saint Augustine, moving north at 15 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas.
