The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 930 AM EST.

* At 901 AM EST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 60 nm east of
  Marineland to 52 nm east of Ormond-By-the-Sea to 29 nm northeast of
  Daytona Beach Shores to Holly Hill, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and large
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could
           result in structural damage.

* Severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected. If your vessel is caught offshore, immediately secure for
heavy weather. Ensure all crew members are wearing USCG approved Type
I life jackets and nonessential crew are below decks. Deploy jack
lines and harnesses if available. Check life saving equipment,
including batteries on handheld radios, for readiness.
