COUNTIES...

The Red Flag Warning has been allowed to expire this evening.
Winds will continue to gradually drop off overnight. Low humidity
values are expected for Friday afternoon, but winds will not be
as elevated. Fire Danger Statement may be needed due to the dry
conditions continuing on Friday afternoon.
